RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Free Returns

As part of our customer satisfaction commitment, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
  4. Ship the item using the return label if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to receive a different item should place a new order after completing the return process.
